Form Architecture began in 2001 with a dream to create functional art for anyone who desires to elevate the human experience through architecture as art.

We fundamentally elevate people's daily experiences by creating built environments that transform lives. We use a systematic, detailed approach to find your deepest desires and then transform that to a virtual world for you to explore and push beyond what you thought was possible. We use this technology to monitor costs so you can be financially confident moving forward. Once we investigate all opportunities, the building is made ready for permitting. One thing we pride ourselves on is post-permitting / construction management support. We work heavily with the construction team, adding support where needed and recognizing new ideas as they develop.

Mike Christensen

PRINCIPAL | DESIGN ARCHITECT

  • Mike is responsible for making the client overjoyed and thrilled with their experience. Mike helps the client captivate their vision working through the various design phases. Because design never stops he gets to be involved throughout the whole process, which he loves. When allowed, he's playing the drums somewhere, running off a few calories or exploring new places.

curtis FINK

PROJECT MANAGER | REVIT DESIGNER

  • Curtis is responsible for production Revit drafting of projects. He is involved with Project Management and completion of Construction Documents. Beyond his professional endeavors, you can find him carving up the slopes at the local ski mountains or sailing throughout the summer months.

Tony Rosetti

PRINCIPAL | PROJECTS DIRECTOR

  • Tony is responsible for Office Operations, Projects Management, and QA Reviews at FORM Architecture; overseeing the Design Staff.

    Tony enjoys boating, golf, sports, travel; and is a huge Gonzaga fan (Go Zags!)

MARK MCDONALD

DESIGNER & CODE COMPLIANCE

  • Mark loves turning concepts and designs into built environments. He studies history, design, and building code. In his spare time he enjoys hiking, photography, and grandkids.

ARCHITECTURAL ASSOCIATES / JOB CAPTAIN

  • Mal is responsible for production revit design & drafting of projects. He is involved with project management and completion of construction documents. In his spare time, Mal enjoys riding his bike and enjoying local eateries.
