Process

Here is some information regarding our process:

1. We generally meet most of our clients through referrals.
2. We recommend that you conduct some research prior to contacting us regarding a certain style or specific design elements that you may be interested in for your new home. Using the Web is a great resource.
3. When we first get started, we conduct a Site Analysis of your property. We look at the size and shape of the lot, the view, and natural elements of the area that may determine some facets of the design.
4. You tell us specifics that you require like the number of bedrooms, and some of the functions that you’d like certain rooms to play.
5. Next, we develop a plan based upon your wish list, and demonstrate options while expanding upon your expectations.
6. We review the plan and begin to establish priorities for the home.
7. We work with you throughout the home building process to ensure that you receive a quality, custom home that meets your dreams.
